We tell you everything!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why are we talking about negative calories?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a theory that certain foods provide fewer calories than are required to digest them. It&#8217;s only a short step from there to talking about &#8220;<strong>negative calories<\/strong>&#8220;! Although this hypothesis has no real scientific basis, these conclusions are in line with what is recommended for a balanced diet, i.e. eating <strong>fruit and vegetables<\/strong> at every meal! Low in calories and\/or rich in water, they help us to lose weight and\/or stabilise our weight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve put together our list of our 20 favourite negative calorie fruits!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Lemon:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rich in <strong>vitamin C, soluble fibre and antioxidants<\/strong>, it will stimulate our taste buds and thus facilitate our digestion. Added to water, drizzled over fish or in our vinaigrette, its tangy taste will suit all our preferences. Don&#8217;t wait to try it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Clementine and mandarin:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Low in calories, rich in <strong>vitamin C, minerals, antioxidants<\/strong> and soft fibre, we can&#8217;t resist these two little redheads!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Orange :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One orange is almost enough to provide the recommended amount of vitamin C. It also contains minerals and fibre and is <strong>low in calories<\/strong>. No need to go without!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Pineapple:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and minerals and low in calories, it has everything to please. Its <strong>bromelain <\/strong>content also makes it an interesting anti-inflammatory ally and an asset for the circulatory and cardiovascular systems. Any excuse to add a touch of the exotic to our menus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Kiwi:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We say yes to kiwi! A <strong>vitamin C champion<\/strong> with only 40 calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Apple:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An excellent<strong> appetite suppressant <\/strong>thanks to its high water, fibre, vitamin and mineral content!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Mango:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> Mangos have a lot to offer. They are a good source of minerals and fibre and they are also very high in vitamin C and <strong>carotene<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Rhubarb:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Low in calories and rich in fibre, vitamins and calcium. Love the <strong>tangy taste<\/strong> that will awaken your taste buds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) Grapefruit:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rich in fibre and vitamins, and low in calories, it helps us stock up on <strong>antioxidants<\/strong>. Let&#8217;s not miss out on this burst of energy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10) Watermelon:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The star of summer with its <strong>high water<\/strong> and low calorie content. Thanks to its high level of vitamins, it has everything we could wish for!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11) Melon:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Packed with <strong>vitamins, minerals<\/strong>&#8230; and water! We love it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12) Apricot:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Very rich in <strong>carotene <\/strong>and at about 20 kcal per apricot, you can never have too many!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 13) Peach: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Juicy, refreshing, rich in vitamins and antioxidants&#8230; down the hatch! Here&#8217;s a little secret. At <strong>50 kcal<\/strong> per peach, you can even eat two!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14) Strawberry:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamins and <strong>antioxidants <\/strong>on the menu.
