Beautysan\u00e9 offers a 3-month<\/strong> slimming programme to help you change your waistline over the long term. Replace 2 meals of the day for 2 months (e.g. breakfast and dinner) with Energy Diet meal replacements (accompanied by vegetables and\/or fresh fruit).
\nThroughout the day, it’s advisable to drink 1.5 to 2 litres of liquid (water, of course! and\/or teas and herbal teas).
\nThe third meal should be as balanced as possible: meat, fish, eggs or pulses + starchy foods, preferably wholegrain + as many vegetables as you like + 1 dairy product. Limit fat and sugar as much as possible. If you’ve reached your target, you can switch to 1 meal a day with Energy Diet + 2 balanced meals in the third month.<\/p>\n
