Chocolat noir, au lait, blanc : quelles diff\u00e9rences ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En tout cas, une chose est s\u00fbre : on les adore tous ! Mais d\u2019un point de vue nutritionnel, tous les chocolats ne se valent pas et certains sont plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques que d\u2019autres pour la sant\u00e9.
Plus le chocolat est noir<\/strong>, plus il contient du cacao<\/strong> (riche en mati\u00e8res grasses). Moins il contient de cacao, plus il contient de sucre et de lait.<\/strong> Ainsi, le chocolat noir est plus gras mais moins sucr\u00e9 que le chocolat au lait. En revanche, tous deux ont un apport calorique tr\u00e8s proche, environ 500 kcal\/100 g<\/strong>.
Quant au chocolat blanc<\/strong>, il ne contient pas de cacao, mais uniquement du beurre de cacao (d\u2019o\u00f9 sa couleur). Il est donc tr\u00e8s riche en glucides et lipides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combien de sucres et de graisses ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les diff\u00e9rences nutritionnelles varient beaucoup d\u2019un chocolat \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Ainsi, 100 g de chocolat noir <\/strong>\u00e0 70% contiennent 21 g de sucres et 41 g de lipides tandis que 100 g de chocolat au lait <\/strong>contiennent 50 g de sucres et 30 g de lipides. Le chocolat blanc,<\/strong> quant \u00e0 lui, contient 60 g de sucres et 30 g de lipides pour 100 g de chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel chocolat contient le plus de magn\u00e9sium ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Assur\u00e9ment, le chocolat noir est une bombe de magn\u00e9sium <\/strong>avec 112 mg pour 100 g de chocolat !
Le chocolat au lait contient 60 mg de magn\u00e9sium pour 100 g et le chocolat blanc, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, n\u2019en contient quasiment pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont les principales vertus du chocolat ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Grace aux polyph\u00e9nols du cacao<\/strong> (donc dans le chocolat noir), le chocolat a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes, d\u00e9stressantes, anti-d\u00e9prime et anti-fatigue. Les derni\u00e8res \u00e9tudes montrent aussi que le chocolat favorise notre sati\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> : en manger \u00e0 la fin du repas prolonge la dur\u00e9e de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et nous coupe l\u2019envie de grignoter. Il serait donc dommage de s\u2019en priver ! Et pour combler nos fringales, on pense \u00e0 toujours avoir sur nous 1 ou 2 petits carr\u00e9s de chocolat (pas la tablette !).
Pour un go\u00fbter plus sain<\/strong> que les biscuits industriels ou la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner, souvent tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s, on pense aussi \u00e0 donner \u00e0 nos enfants quelques carr\u00e9s de chocolat noir sur un morceau de pain. Apport en sucre maitris\u00e9 et gourmandise garantis ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013       une origine<\/strong> bien pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e (Madagascar, P\u00e9rou par exemple\u2026)
Ensuite, \u00e9coutez vos go\u00fbts et vos envies. L\u2019important est avant tout se faire plaisir !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
