Male libido: 1 capsule morning and evening with a meal, taken with a large glass of water, i.e. 2 capsules per day. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take if you have a known cross-allergy, particularly to the Apiaceae family (aniseed, caraway, celery, coriander, dill) or to anethole.
