Performance, strength and muscle mass
Muscle mass plays a vital role in strength, mobility and maintaining an active lifestyle. Our formula combines 3 g of creatine with 1.2 g of BCAAs per serving – three amino acids naturally found in muscle protein (leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio, matching that found in muscle).
This formula is therefore suitable for:
athletes, particularly during strength, power or high-intensity training;
active people who wish to support their sporting activities and look after their muscle mass;
women, particularly from their forties onwards and around the time of the menopause, a period when maintaining muscle mass becomes particularly important.

A food supplement containing creatine and amino acids
Creatine monohydrate, blend of branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine). Creatine is not from France. *This product complies with the EN 17444 anti-doping standard as at the batch’s date of manufacture.
How should it be used?
Add 1 serving (5.1 g) of Creatine+BCAA to your Energy Diet, or to another drink of your choice (250 ml). 1 serving per day. On training days, it can be incorporated into your exercise routine, for example around the time of your session. On non-training days, it can be taken at another time of the day.
Recommandations
Shake before use. Store in a dry place (Temperature <25°C, relative humidity <60%). Consume quickly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. A food supplement must not replace a varied and well-balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. For adult use only. Do not give to children or teenagers. Not suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
