Preparation : Mix 25 g of Energy Diet with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk in a shaker. Pour the cream into a container adapted for a micro-wave and heat for 2 min at 700 W or in a saucepan on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 seconds, then place in the refrigerator for at least 1 ½ hours. Sprinkle a sachet of caramel chips over the top and serve.
