Apply in massage on the following areas: chest, neck, wrists, forearms, lower back, hollow of the knees, ankles, feet. Use in the morning and at night.

rosemary essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, field mint essential oil, lavender essential oil, niaouli essential oil,
limonene*, linalool*, geraniol*, citral (geranial).
*Naturally present in essential oils.

Pour a few drops into the palm of your hands and breathe in the fragrance,
rub your choice of: chest, neck, wrists, forearms, lower back, hollow of the knees, ankles, feet.
