Cooked barley 33% (water, barley (gluten)), cooked ancient durum wheat (Khorasan) 33% (water, wheat (gluten)), fermented milk 9%, butternut squash 8%, tomatoes 6%, tempeh 4% (soybean, rice flour), Parmesan 2% (milk), porcini
mushrooms 2%, dehydrated porcini mushrooms 0.7%, rice starch, salt, yeast extract, black pepper.

Preparation: Mix the product in the closed pouch. Open the top of the pouch, place it upright
in the microwave and heat 2 minutes at 750 W. OR Place the closed pouch in simmering
water for 10-15 minutes. Take care when opening the pouch as hot steam will escape. It’s ready!

Conservation: Store in a dry place, away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume it
within 2 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
