Vegetable is in the spotlight with this dish prepared with simple and authentic ingredients, source of fibre and rich in proteins. This dish is also very practical to prepare: 2 minutes in the microwave and it's ready!

Cooked spelt 76% (water, spelt (gluten)), tofu 7.5% (water, soybeans, coagulation agent: marine magnesium chloride), tomatoes 7%, fermented milk 5%, dehydrated black mushrooms 1.2%, sunflower oil, salt, yeast extract, green
jalapeño pepper, galangal powder, rice starch.

Preparation: Mix the product in the closed pouch. Open the top of the pouch, place it upright
in the microwave and heat 2 minutes at 750 W. OR Place the closed pouch in simmering
water for 10-15 minutes. Take care when opening the pouch as hot steam will escape. It’s ready!

Conservation: Store in a dry place, away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume
it within 2 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
