Starting from your second consecutive B+ order, earn 10% of your B+ order amount in the form of loyalty points, with a maximum limit of 40 points per month across all B+ subscriptions.
For example, if your B+ subscription has been active for 3 months and your order totals \u20ac200 (incl. VAT), you will earn 20 loyalty points, equivalent to \u20ac20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 loyalty point = \u20ac1 (VAT included) to be used for the purchase of a product for a future B+ order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Create your basket as you would for a regular order, and when you are ready to check out, simply click on “Set up a B+ subscription” in the “Check out” section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By default, your B+ subscription is set to renew automatically each month, meaning a monthly B+ order.
However, you can modify the renewal date of your next B+ order at any time, with no limit on the number of date changes.
As a result, you could potentially place one or more B+ orders within the same month under the same B+ subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can change your B+ program by going to your account page and clicking on the “Subscriptions” section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can pause or cancel your subscription, change your delivery address or payment method, change the products or quantities for your next delivery, and use your loyalty points to pay for any of the products in your next delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can modify your B+ programme until the day before the monthly deadline at midnight, and then the day after the deadline for the delivery of the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Like a regular order, you can pay by credit card, or with any other payment method offered on the site for your country of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your payment is unsuccessful, we’ll try again. After three payment failures, the order will be cancelled, but the B+ <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your B+ subscription renewal fails, you will be notified by email.
You will then have the option to manually complete the payment by going to the “Orders” tab in your customer account.
Any unpaid B+ order will not be shipped.
If no payment is completed, your B+ subscription will be automatically paused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
