\nThroughout the day, it’s advisable to drink 1.5 to 2 litres of liquid (water, of course! and\/or teas and herbal teas).
\nThe third meal should be as balanced as possible: meat, fish, eggs or pulses + starchy foods, preferably wholegrain + as many vegetables as you like + 1 dairy product.
