Each serving provides 20 g of protein and naturally supplies a broad spectrum of amino acids:
essential amino acids: 47% • conditional amino acids: 32% • non-essential amino acids: 21%.

In particular, it provides BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) as well as glutamine, which is naturally present in whey protein. Protein helps to maintain and increase muscle mass.
3 complementary sources of whey:
Concentrate: a minimally processed source of whey protein, naturally rich in essential amino acids.
Isolate: highly concentrated in protein, with reduced lactose and fat content.
Hydrolysate: the proteins have been partially hydrolysed into shorter peptides, making them easier to digest for very rapid absorption, designed to accelerate muscle anabolism or recovery.

A high-protein preparation based on whey protein powder

Whey protein concentrate (milk), whey protein hydrolysate (milk), whey protein isolate (milk proteins, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin). Whey protein concentrate from France. *This product complies with the EN 17444 anti-doping standard as at the batch’s date of manufacture.

How to use it?
Add 1 serving (26g) of Triple Whey to your Energy Diet to simply increase your protein intake, or to another drink of your choice (250 ml). Mix well. Enjoy. 1 to 2 servings a day, to be adjusted according to your needs and goals.

Recommandations
Shake before use. Store in a dry place (Temperature <25°C, relative humidity <60%). Consume quickly after preparation. Maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. This product must be consumed as a part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children.
