Bread: Wheat flour (gluten), soy protein, vegetable oils (soy oil, rapeseed oil, dextrose syrup, caseinate (milk), natural flavouring), milk proteins, acacia gum, acacia and wheat fibre (gluten), pea protein, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; chicory inulin, salt, enzyme preparation.
Chocolate-hazelnut flavour spread: maltodextrin, sugar, low-fat cocoa, flavoured mineral complex (tri-potassium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, flavours, zinc citrate, manganese gluconate, ferrous fumarate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite), thickening agents: cellulose gum; acacia gum, chicory inulin, vitamine: PP, C, E, A, B5, B12, D3, B6, B2, B1, B9, biotin; sweetener: sucralose.
Preparation : Place 48 g of Energy Diet Bread (8 level measures into a bowl), add 3 measures of water and stir with a spoon. Knead the dough into a ball. Place the bowl with the ball of dough into the microwave. Place half a glass of water next to it. Heat for 3 ½ minutes at 700 W (adjust cooking time according to the power of the microwave). Once cooked, place the bread onto a plate. For crustier bread, cut the roll in half and toast each half. Make sure the container is closed properly after use. Store in a cool, dry place. The preparation instructions should be followed.
Preparation of the spread: Pour 3 measure spoons of 15ml cold water in a bowl and progressively add the content of the sachet (16 g) while stirring. Mix well. Spread on the bread.

Le tartinable chocolat à un excellent goût choco-noisette, hyper gourmand, juste réhydraté avec un peu de lait. Pour plus de plaisir on peut associer le tartinable dans une recette de pâte à tartiner maison healthy, avec du beurre de cacahuète par exemple 😋. Quand à l’energydiet tartine, je l’incorpore à la place d’une part de farine dans des recettes de pain, pain au lait, pancakes…. Plus de goût et de moelleux.
