Cuisine mix Egg base – 18 meals

Preparation: an omelette: mix 25 g of Energy Diet with 250 ml of milk until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe container and cook for 6-7 min at 750 W, or into a non-stick frying pan.
Five Pancakes: mix 25 g Energy Diet with 120 ml milk, 50 g cornflour and 1.5 g yeast until completely dissolved. Optional: 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan to cook the pancakes.

For nutritional intakes consistent with the meal replacement, reconstitute the preparation with semi-skimmed milk. Close the tin well after use and keep in a cool and dry place. It is important to follow the mode of preparation.
