This milkshake can replace any meal of the day. It can be consumed as is, chilled or cooked. Energy Diet Pistachio flavour is a light and balanced meal that guarantees both taste pleasure and nutritional intake, to avoid any deficiency (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, fibre, omega3, vitamins and minerals). It is satiating, easily digestible and suitable for people who want to lose and/or control their weight.

Preparation: Mix 25 grams of Energy Diet with 250 ml of milk or vegetable drink until completely dissolved.

For nutritional intakes consistent with the meal replacement, reconstitute the preparation with semi-skimmed milk. Close the tin well after use and keep in a cool and dry place. It is important to follow the mode of preparation.
