What are the main benefits of the B+ loyalty programme?

You can receive your favourite products automatically, and manage your subscription directly from your customer account. You also earn loyalty points, which will allow you to order products for free, and you also benefit from reduced shipping costs.

How many loyalty points can I earn with my B+ order?

Up to €399 of monthly B+ orders, you earn the equivalent of 7% of your B+ orders in loyalty points. Beyond 6 consecutive months, you earn the equivalent of 10% in loyalty points. For example, if your B+ has been active for 2 months and your order is €200 including tax, you will earn 14 loyalty points.

What is the value of a loyalty point?

1 loyalty point = €1 (VAT included) to be used for the purchase of a product for a future B+ order.

How can I create a B+ subscription?

Create your basket as you would for a regular order, and when you are ready to check out, simply click on “Set up a B+ subscription” in the “Check out” section.

Can I have a B+ programme delivered several times a month?

The B+ programme is delivered once a month. However, you can set up several B+ programmes if you want to receive deliveries several times a month.

How do I modify my B+ program?

You can change your B+ program by going to your account page and clicking on the “Subscriptions” section.

You can pause or cancel your subscription, change your delivery address or payment method, change the products or quantities for your next delivery, and use your loyalty points to pay for any of the products in your next delivery.

Until when can I change my B+ program?

You can modify your B+ programme until the day before the monthly deadline at midnight, and then the day after the deadline for the delivery of the following month.

How do I pay for my B+ subscription?

Like a regular order, you can pay by credit card, or with any other payment method offered on the site for your country of delivery.

What can I do if I receive more products than I use?

You can change the content of your next delivery at any time. If you notice that you have ordered too much of a product in relation to how much you actually use, you can decrease the quantity for the next delivery.

What happens if my credit card payment fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, we’ll try again. After three payment failures, the order will be cancelled, but the B+ subscription will remain active for the following month.
