Strawberry and Rhubarb Clafoutis
Quick and easy to make, this delicious clafoutis is a unique dessert!

- In a bowl, mix the vanilla flavour Energy Diet and milk, then add the flour and yeast. Mix well.
- Add the eggs, fromage blanc and ground almonds.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered dish, then add the strawberries and rhubarb and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 175 °C. Serve the clafoutis once cooled.
