Red Berry Gratin
A tasty and colourful summer dessert.
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
- Wash the red berries and drain them. Place the red berries in individual gratin dishes.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the cream and red berry flavour Energy Diet in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture between the ramekins and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Can be enjoyed warm or cold!
