  • Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
  • Wash the red berries and drain them. Place the red berries in individual gratin dishes.
  • Whisk the egg yolks with the cream and red berry flavour Energy Diet in a bowl.
  • Divide the mixture between the ramekins and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Can be enjoyed warm or cold!
