Composed of two types of carbohydrates, Energy Effort has been formulated to gradually deliver the energy needed to sports effort. Regularly drinking this drink throughout the effort fills the water losses. Energy Effort has been developed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EN 17444 at the date of batch production.

Preparation : Dilute Energy Effort in still water (see chart. During the sporting effort, drink 150 to 300 ml of preparation every 15 to 20 minutes according to the intensity of your effort. After the effort, drink 500 ml to 1,5 l of Energy Effort drink to restore your fluid and mineral status and allowing you to recover.
Keep in a dry place. Drink it immediately once made. Not recommended to pregnant or breast-feeding women and to young children. Shake before use. Product designed, within the frame of a normal diet, to answer to immediate muscular needs especially during a competition or under special circumstances. It is important to have a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
