Preparation : Dilute Energy Effort in still water (see chart. During the sporting effort, drink 150 to 300 ml of preparation every 15 to 20 minutes according to the intensity of your effort. After the effort, drink 500 ml to 1,5 l of Energy Effort drink to restore your fluid and mineral status and allowing you to recover.

Keep in a dry place. Drink it immediately once made. Not recommended to pregnant or breast-feeding women and to young children. Shake before use.
