Maltodextrin, plant-based capsule (hypromellose, colour : copper complex of chlorophylle), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis), quercetine, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Polygonum roots extract (Polygonum cuspidatum), ferrous fumarate, grape seeds extract (Vitis vinifera), vitamin E (Dalpha tocopherol acetate), alpha lipoïc acid, coenzyme Q10, manganese gluconate, copper sulphate, sodium selenite.

Preparation : 1 capsule in the morning and another in the evening at meals with a large glass of water, i.e. 2 capsules per day.
