Meal replacement for weight control.
Oat flakes (50%) (gluten), soy proteins, sugar, vegetables oils (soy oil, rapeseed oil, dextrose syrup, milk proteins, natural flavouring), milk proteins, thickener : guar gum ; acacia fibres, flavouring, tripotassium citrate, chicory inulin, magnesium carbonate, vitamins : C, E, PP, A, B5, K1, D3, B6, B1, B12, B2, B9, biotin ; ferrous fumarate, manganese gluconate, zinc citrate, enzyme preparation, copper gluconate, sodium selenite, potassium iodide.
Preparation: Mix a 40 g sachet of Energy Diet with 200 ml of milk or vegetable drink until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a container adapted for a micro-wave and heat for 3-5 minutes at 700 W or in a saucepan on low heat. Stir with a spoon half-way through the cooking time. Stir the mixture thoroughly, then let it stand for 5 minutes. Consume hot or warm.
For nutritional intakes consistent with meal replacement, reconstitute the preparation with semi-skimmed milk. Keep in a cool and dry place. It is important to follow the mode of preparation.
