It can be eaten as is, or with lentils, vegetables, etc. Energy Diet Indian soup is a light and balanced meal which garantees both gustatory pleasure and nutitional intakes, to avoid deficiencies (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, fibres, omega 3, vitamins and minerals). It is satiating, digestible and suitable for people who cant to lose and/or control their weight.

Preparation: Mix 25 grams of Energy Diet with 250 ml of hot (but never boiling) milk or vegetable drink until completely dissolved.

For nutritional intakes consistent with meal replacement, reconstitute the preparation with semi-skimmed milk. Close the tin well after use and keep in a cool and dry place. It is important to follow the mode of preparation.
