The pleasure of a comforting meal to warm you up! This delicious purée can replace any meal of the day. You can enjoy it as it is, or with seasonal vegetables, spices ... Energy Diet Purée Tradition is a light and balanced meal guaranteeing both pleasure and nutritional benefits, to prevent from any deficiency (protein, lipids, carbohydrates, fibres, omega3, vitamins and minerals). It is satiating, digestible and suitable for people who wish to lose and/or control their weight. A great advantage for athletes: Energy Diet Purée "tradition" has been developed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EN 17444 at the date of batch production.

Potatoes (47%), soy proteins, vegetables oils (soy oil, rapeseed oil, dextrose syrup, milk proteins, natural flavouring), acacia fibres, thickener : guar gum ; starch, tripotassium citrate, salt, milk proteins, chicory inulin, pea proteins, magnesium carbonate, spices: mace (0,3%), curcuma extract ; flavouring, calcium carbonate, vitamins : C, E, PP, A, B5, K1, D3, B6, B1, B12, B2, B9, biotin ; ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, manganese gluconate,

Preparation: Mix a 40 g sachet of Energy Diet with 200 ml of milk or vegetable drink until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a container suitable for microwave use. Heat for 2 ½ minutes at 700 W or in a saucepan on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir the mixture thoroughly, then let it stand for 5 minutes. Consume hot or warm.

For nutritional intakes consistent with the substitutes for the total daily ration, reconstitute the preparation with semi-skimmed milk. The preparation instructions should be followed.

Weight-loss : The replacement of two of the meals, corresponding to the daily ration of a low-calorie diet, by meal replacements contributes to losing weight. For your balance : The replacement of one of the meals, corresponding to the daily ration of a low-calorie diet, by a meal replacement contributes to maintain your weight after your weight-loss.

This product should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Drinking at least 1 ½ litres of water a day is recommended. Not suitable for children under 3 years old or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consume as quickly as possible after preparation.
