– Exercise bike or treadmill: these are the most useful fitness machines for maintaining muscle mass. You can easily control the intensity of the exercise by adjusting the resistance, or by pedalling or walking faster or slower. It’s an effective way to do exercise easily at home and you can watch a TV series at the same time!
– Dancing or aerobics: perfect for working on endurance and cardio because they work the heart and breathing. They are also more fun and varied, which helps you to get caught up in the exercise easily. There are many free videos available on platforms like YouTube that are tailored to your endurance level.
Once you have tried one of these exercise activities in your daily life, you will not be able to do without it. So, which one(s) are you going to choose?
